If you receive the wrong item or a defective item,qifeile agrees to a return or exchange, and you are eligible for a return or exchange by notifying us within 15 days of receiving the product. If you fail to notify us in time, we will not authorize you to return or exchange the item. All returns must be authorized. To obtain a return authorization, you must contact customer service for return authorization information. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return the product without authorization, we will refuse to accept it or will not refund it. Physical damage to the product caused by the user does not apply to this policy. Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation Fee - All cancellations will be charged 15% of the purchase amount.
